A pastor once said this, "If you dont feel like reading the Word, don't feel guilty, but you should feel hungry. Because You know there's is something wrong with you and therefore, feel hungry, not guilty.
"If you don't feel like singing praises to God, or serving in His ministry, don't feel guilty, but you should feel hungry, because again, you know there is something wrong with you.. Therefore, feel hungry.. Seek Him, fix your eyes on the cross and Jesus.. Why? Because the grace is only from Him and not us. From Saving Grace to serving Grace.."

Worship...
I was at EPCC worship session, where I joined the congregation in a time of worship and I was asking God, what is different about these people compared to GBC worship.. I mean, these people are spirit filled and I see children lifting up their hands in pure adoration to God...
Then, God revealed two things to me.. The first being is that we always pray that God will come to fill our hearts and lead us during worship.. But truly, how often do we allow His spirit to lead us or allow His spirit to move through us?
God was rebuking me, saying why do we always pray for His spirit and presence to lead, only to have us resisting His spirit and doing it our own ways..
The second thing God revealed to me was, there is no such thing as second class Christian or second class people in His eyes.. I repeat this.. There is NO SUCH THING AS SECOND CLASS CHRISTIAN IN HIS EYES...
We always fix our eyes on the worship leaders during worship and we in turn fear what would the pastor or deacon would say if the worship isn't as good as what we think it would be.. Then God asked me, why fear them? Why give them such authority? Why give them this status that we will fear them? Why do we fear them? The only person we are to truly fear in awe is Him and Him alone.
God continue to speak, that we are called into His ministry, therefore, you are given HIS DIVINE ANOINTING.. We are not going to do His works alone, but We are given His anointing and His blessings.. So why fear and fear what others would say?
Which drives back the point of Saul who become Paul.. This man, encountered God on his way to Damascus, and He began to speak boldy of God and Jesus and His words. The same applies to us.. Are we to be afraid and fear others while doing His works? NO!
Like Paul, we are given that very same anointing and blessing from no other than God Himself..

Simon, the man who gave a personal invitation to Jesus...
As Simon Peter invited Jesus into his home, his most personal space, so I to need to give Jesus access to all the areas of my life: even the most personal areas.
This came from the story of how Simon invited Jesus into his house to heal his mother who is sick that time.. Its a time of healing and Jesus doesn't just heal us in general or on the outside wounds, but rather in and out and every corner and nook and dark and dirty corner of our heart...
That's how Jesus wants to heal and renew us. As said in Romans 12, where the renewal of the spirit starts with the mind, our life is renew and healed through Jesus, if only we allow Him to do so.
